For orders placed by fax or mail, you may print out our order form for your convenience.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Orders placed with a credit card are normally shipped within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). We also accept money orders and personal checks. (Orders made with a personal check have a 7 day waiting period until check clears.)
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. By special arrangement, we MAY ship elsewhere.
When you check out, you will see a message that shipping charges may need to be adjusted. Because we deal with multiple product lines, shipping has to be calculated after we receive your oder to give you the best possible price and service. If your order requires a shipping charge, it will be charged as a separate charge to your credit card and a second confirmation will be sent with the shipping fee total (or the original total will be refunded and a second charge placed which includes the adjusted total). If you paid with PayPal, we are unable to place this second charge and will require you to login to your PayPal account to make the additional payment.
If you do not agree with the shipping charge, as reflected in the second confirmation email, please let us know immediately. We will cancel your order and promptly refund your payments.

Orders between $0.00-$400.00 = $7.95
Orders between $401.00-$600.00 = $17.95
Pond products - minimum $6.95
Orders between $0.00-$125.00 = $6.95 - 15.95
Orders between $125.01-$250.00 = add 12% ($15 - 30)
Orders over $250.00 = add 11%
Personal care products - sliding scale between $6.00 - 26.00 based on product cost
If you do not agree to the shipping charge, your order will be cancelled and any payment you have already made will be returned/cancelled.
Some oversized articles have extra shipping charges (applied by UPS). Please read the description page of each item that you purchase. Any extra charge will have been listed there.
** Only Residents of Virginia are subject to sales tax (except as noted above). Tax will be collected for deliveries to California. In some situations, it will not be required and will be refunded. We will contact you if that applies to your order.
For Magnetics: All products carry a minimum of 90 days manufacturer’s guarantee on workmanship. Products are not offered with a performance guaranty. Defective items will be replaced within 90 days. Defective items must be returned to distributor before being replaced

New products carry 1 year or more Manufacturer's warranty and Reconditioned products have a 90 day Manufacturer's warranty.
All packages are insured before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with UPS. To file a claim please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may contact us for a copy of your order confirmation. ALL Claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied.
Customer may return the product within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued.
20% restocking fee applied to your return.
Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
How to return an item:
Please email or call to notify of a defective item and request an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that are shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.
