Once you've entered the world and taken your first breath (the average person breathes about 5,000 gallons of air each day), you can be reasonably sure it includes some unhealthy trace particles or air pollution. In fact, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. facilities released 4.7 billion pounds of toxins into the atmosphere in 2002. Further, the EPA estimates fine-particle pollution causes an estimated 20,000 premature deaths in the U.S. each year. |

On a less serious (but more evident) note:
In spring we enter the high allergy season of sniffles, snorts, coughing, and sneezing. As those pretty little daffodils and crocuses poke their dainty heads out and grace the countryside with their beauty, then also come those little nose ticklers that many of us have forgotten about since last October. Then a few buds start to show up on the trees and flowering shrubs and then a few grasses start to sprout up. And of course, then comes even more sniffling. What to do?
It has been estimated that there are upwards of 40,000,000 people in the United States of America that suffer from allergy problems. (I don’t know the stats for Canada , but I’ll bet that they too sniffle, snort, cough and sneeze.) All this discomfort gets blamed on those beautiful, little plants and flowers that are such treasures. Most likely the true culprit is the environmental pollutants, stresses, and bad diets that are so common these days.
You could wait on society to come up with alternate fuels that do not pollute the way fossil fuel engines and factories do. And you could hope that someday everyone is gardening organically and that all of our food sources are pure and clean. And as wonderful a dream as these two hopes are, the TRUTH is that when you hurt, YOU HURT. When you can’t breathe well, it affects your attention span, your sleep, your attitude, your looks and so much more. Furthermore, when you suffer from these allergy symptoms, you’re not even concerned about the other 39,999,999 people in America that might be suffering.
Some suggestions:
First, get some immediate relief with Sea Breathe and/or Sea Breathe Silver. These convenient, pocket-sized, all natural nasal blasters are a must for those “sniffles”. Second, may we suggest that you go ahead and get yourself one of the 2 ounce refill bottles as well. Of course if you are unfortunately a family of snifflers, you’ll want to get one for everybody as these uniquely designed nasal blasters go right to where the problem lies. Also, consider using Farmacy Greens on a regular basis. Studies show that keeping the liver and gastro-intestinal tract nourished and happy is one of the keys to overall health and wellness and that includes ‘sniffles’. You might also consider using Clari-Phi and Detoxi-Phi.
Finally, consider Vaporescent! This same fabulous product that helped with those winter colds will also bring a decongestant action to your belabored sinuses. Just smear a little on wherever it hurts and whenever it starts to be a bother. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you do!
